Eikon API Opened RIC Subscription Limit

I believe the default opened RIC limit is 2.5k. However, it is my understanding this can be raised to 5K via the thread here: https://community.developers.refinitiv.com/questions/41587/eikon-api-opened-ric-subscription-limit.html

Is this simply the "increased watchlist" on Eikon? Or what PLI/Entitlement is needed to achieve this in Codebook?
