eikon api down?

Hi,


since this afternoon I am not able to import the eikon library in my python scripts (it worked fine during the morning). It seems a connection error to your end. Could you please confirm the issue is in your side?

    I'm really sorry for the issue you've been facing.

    However, as I tried, the Eikon Data API Python library can be imported and used properly. Plus, I checked the Service Alerts page and cannot find an issue that seems to relate to this.

    Could you please check if the issue still persists? If so, please provide an error message for further investigation.
