    Hi @rsun ,

    If you're using C++ to call the Eikon Data API Python code, the problem may be a bit complex. First, you need to update to the latest version of Eikon Data API (eikon 1.1.16) and update all dependencies.

    Then, please share the Python code that can be used to replicate this issue.
