How to attach files in the RDD Centre Questionnaire Response POST API

Questionnaire often have a question asking to attach a file or files,

Does POST Receive Questionnaire Response also include attachments?

If not, how should those attachments be sent over?

There is a separate endpoint for uploading attachments to the questionnaire response.

It is called Receive Bulk Questionnaire Response in the documentation with endpoint
