I can't log in to the Eikon program.

I can't log in to the Eikon program.

After entering the password, the login and password entry window appears again.

Windows server 2019 system.

Version Refinitiv Eikon 4.0 (9.63)

The system does not issue any errors, with this data I can log in via the web.

Can you tell me if reading logs will help? Where are they located?
