Hello, the client gets the following error when trying to access the API: HTTP request failed: Invalid port: 'None'.

Formula is: ek.get_timeseries(['CZ3', 'EMAX3'],start_date='2022-01-01',end_date='2024-01-01') Can you pls help?

    Looking at your log details, the application unsuccessfully retrieved the required port to communicate with your desktop application. Please ensure the clients Eikon or LSEG Workspace application is running.
