Eikon Error 400: App Key not working

Hi, I'm facing an issue where my API key is valid but I can't get it to work. I've tried using both Jupyter Notebook and CodeBK, but it's not working. Does anyone know how to fix this?screenshot-2024-02-17-at-101620-pm.png

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The error indicates that the "Application key is not valid". Please make sure that you have selected "Eikon Data API" and "EDP API" when creating an application key.

    To set the application key, the code looks like this:

    rd.open_session(app_key = "APP_KEY")

    Otherwise, please contact the helpdesk support directly via MyRefinitiv to verify the application key.
