Are there different RIC for FX Swap / Forwards vs Spot?

Would a RIC= return prices for FX spot instruments? For example, 'JPY=' would return prices for FX currency pairs with base JPY. Does other instruments like a FX Swap, have a different RIC which would indicate points for swap?

  • RIC (Reuters Instrument Code) is a system used by Reuters to uniquely identify financial instruments, including FX (foreign exchange) instruments. While RICs typically represent individual currency pairs in the spot market (e.g., 'JPY=' for JPY-based currency pairs), they may not directly represent FX swaps or forwards. super mario bros

For FX swaps and forwards, Reuters may use different conventions or codes to represent these instruments, particularly when it comes to indicating points for swaps. However, there isn't a standardized convention like RICs for FX swaps and forwards across all data providers.
