How do we get a ticket opened for a symbol search that failes via Excel Refinitive data selector

I am trying to get price data in Office 365 Excel for ARKB which launched backed in February together with a collection of other Crypto ETFs. For some unknown reason ARKB does not correctly list.

There a MS Tech Community to shows the failure but to date no solutions or suggestions have developed.

ARKB does list on Yahoo & Google Finance

https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/ARKB?.tsrc=fin-srch

Interestingly other ETFs (e.g. ARKC, ARKY) that launched at the same time list just fine, just not ARKB.

  • As it turns out, a MyRefinitiv ticket is only actionable if the ticket creator is a MyRefinitiv "direct" subscriber. So the ticket has been closed as "resolved" with not actions taken.

Lovely, Microsoft Office365 support says connect with the data source supplier. The data source supplier "Refinitiv" will only look at if I am a direct subscriber which I am not, so I am do not have a way to get anyone to look at the issue.

    Great, but sad.
