    All the software distribution is provided through My Refinitiv. You can navigate to Products -> Software Downloads, and select LPC under the category: Elektron Feeds.

    I tried and the website download works fine. This is the only official channel for distributing the software.

    You might not have access to this software - something your account manager can advise about.
