TRDX - Bulk interface SFTP connection without IP restriction

I'm currently trying to setup the SFTP connection the the TRDX system to resolves Ric codes for Derivatives and want to test my connection. I believe I am using the correct details and have a correct file, however when I try to connect I get a error saying refused to respond (in time).

I believe this is due to trying to connection to the production system which I have read has a IP restriction.

Is there a test system that doesn't have this restriction so I can test the rest of my application without having to get the IP added to a firewall.

My current connection details are

Host: 127.110.101.29 (I understand there is a back of 127.110.101.30? is this a test environment?)

port 22

and obviously we have a username and pass key.

Is it the Refinitiv or LSEG product? Please let me know the product name.

However, as this forum is more for programming type queries, rather than product queries - I would recommend you raise a 'I need help using the product' ticket with our helpdesk. That way a product support specialist can work closely with you and verify the requirement.

Hi,

TRDX - now called 'Derivative Cross Referencing Service (DCRS) - is available in a client dedicated hosting environment. During an on-boarding project the following information is provided/exchanged:

- The client's outer IP address for IP address white-listing

- A dedicated account for the service

- The client's public key for public key authentication or a password is provided
