API Playground not working

I can't seem to access the api playground. Keep getting this "access_denied" error message. Does anyone know why this is?

Or if there is another way to get the documentation for the Refinitiv apis?

Also I have covered my email in the screenshot, but I am signed in.

Did you have a trial ID, which might have expired? Either way, you should reach out to the LSEG account manager to check your ID and permissions.
