Cannot download file from filings endpoint

For some files I get the following error when trying to download certain file urls, e.g. for emea1-apps.platform.refinitiv.com/Apps/AdvFilings/FRS_GET?DocumentId=78170311&ContentFormat=pdf):

Document request failed, Exception is Could not find file 'D:\FRS\FRSWorkingFolder\fa16ed98-1057-4fd2-b151-1e37aebdde60\78170311.pdf'.

I also have found this error when loading docs for the following ‘formName’:

• ARS
• Earnings
• Earnings_Prelim_Full_Year
• Earnings_Q1/Q2/Q3
• Japanese_Other_(English_Filing)

For most files I try I am able to download, it is just the ones above that I can't download.

Is this a permission issue for certain files? Are these files not available anymore? Please could someone help. Thanks1

The error seems to be on the RDP API side because other files are fine to download. I strongly suggest you contact the RDP Filings Support Team directly via the https://myaccount.lseg.com/en/productsupport website.
