    Ticket Output Feed and any other Thomson Reuters transactional products are not currently covered on this portal. I suggest you direct your question to Thomson Reuters Helpdesk by either calling Thomson Reuters Helpdesk number in your country or using Contact Us capability within the product.

    Side by Side Integration API should not be the right forum for this question. Could you please share the customer code? Therefore, we can identify the API used by the application.
