Python API 500 Internal Server Error

Hi, when retrieving price histories through Python API, I get below error message. I encountered such errors previously when Eikon was on maintenance. Is this time the same situation? When would it be fixed and back to normal please?

    Hi @chong.xu,

    Can you please confirm if you are still encountering any issues? I just tried retrieving data without any issue. Also, ensure you are using the latest version of the eikon module (0.1.13) which will provide more details related to exceptions.
