State: Closed/Suspect/Not entitled - text: "Access Denied: User req to IDN for Exch e.g. - TCE"

Please help , how to solve it ? Is it the ric code JRUAVG wrong ,which is from https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/elektron/elektron-sdk-cc/dev-tools?type=ric?

    The "Access Denied: User req to IDN for Exch e.g. - TCE" status text indicate that the username you are using does not have permission to request RIC name "JRUAVG".

    Please contact Thomson Reuters Account team who provide you the login account. They should be able to help you verify or add permission for you.
