Research documents usage report

Is it possible to get data about research documents using api? We have research analysts that download reports and we wanted to track who is downloading what from our end.

Research usage tracking is available through OneAccess solution Thomson Reuters provides in partnership with Visible Alpha. You can check out this Webinar for details.
This solution however does not provide API access to research usage reports.
