Side-by-side API connection issue

Eikon is not listening on port 9000 or 9001+. I can see 9001 with established connections. I have generated the keys and restarted Eikon.

@waynetheron are you using Metastock Xenith? I do not think that either side-by-side or eikon data api are supported on this platform, but I suggest speaking to Metastock directly.

i am trying to access the API to access various data using the rest api. I should point out i am a metastock client using the Zenith package
