    Please make sure that the application connecting to the right server/IP address.

    If the problem persists please contact Refinitiv Account Team who provide you the server/IP.

    Or you can submit a query to Technical Specialist team vi ContactUs and provide the message you receive and server/IP. The support team should be able to help you verify the issue.

  • As far as we know, what we need is to pass username or Machine Account and password and connect to the right TRCC server. I'm not sure what is CAPI_ID.
    -Have you tried passing Machine Account in the following format SP01881.<Machine Account>.TRCC.0 ?

    What API are using EMA or ETA? and Is this C++ or Java? Have you tried your TRCC account with the example from the article and still get the error?
