You can use Eikon Data APIs and Screener for this purpose. See an example on this recent thread. To construct Screener expression use GUI available in Eikon Excel. Click the Screener button under Thomson Reuters tab in Excel ribbon and follow the wizard. For help with using Screener wizard refer to Eikon Help.
