Contribute using eikon python API

I didn't find any method in this list :

That would help me contribute on a RIC using eikon python API .

Does it exist and is not listed ?

If not, how to make an enhancement request ?

Contribution capability is on the roadmap for Eikon Data APIs, but there's no committed timeframe for it yet.
