Unable to connect through SFTP
I'm using File Zilla interace tool to connect Datascope via SFTP. I'm trying to connect the hosted.datascope.reuters.com with port 22 and added 'r' before the user id and valid password. It says could connect to the server. what could be the issue? I have whitelisted the above link as well

The URL and username, you are using, seems correct. This might be connectivity issue. Can you try other SFTP tools (i.e. winscp on Windows or sftp command on Linux) to verify the issue?
