Refinitiv Messenger API - GET requests

Hi,

I had a look at the Messenger APIs that Refinitiv provides but it seems that the functionality is built around sending messages rather than receiving them and the Side by Side API explicitly states that it is uni-directional and that it can only be used to send messages and not to receive them.

Is there any way to access messages in a conversation/chat-group from Python?

Hi @sloeschn

Not an expert on this but If you use Websocket interface of the Messenger Bot API - it should allow posting and receiving messages.

Take a look at the GitHub examples - particularly the Websocket one.
