How to distinguish between the lack of limit data and the absence of limit in Elektron

Hi,

We are looking at the limit price information published in Elektron in the fields LOLIMIT and UPLIMIT.

We would like to know how we can distinguish between a ric that does not have a limit and a ric for which Refinitiv does not have the limit(s) ?

For example, US equities do not have an upper price limit during the trading day, which means we get UPLIMIT=BLANK. However, does UPLIMIT=BLANK always mean there is no upper limit (i.e. any price will be accepted) or can it also means that there is an upper limit, but Refinitiv does not have that information ?

Thank you,
