Invalid ILA login(E0011), USER_NOT_PERMIT

Greetings

My Chinese client use RFA client to connect EED. When they restarted the EED server, they found the RFA client can't recover the session. And they saw error as below:

And then they re-run the RFA client, the login is OK again.

Anyone know what happened?

  • The message "Invalid ILA login(E0011), USER_NOT_PERMIT", was generated by the data feed components. Please contact data feed/Elektron support to investigate the issue further. From API perspective, the application has to send new login request because the stream already closed.
