Quote RIC update visible on permid website, but not in bulk file or atom feed

On the web-site permid 1-21513114826 has RIC "BORD.OL", which is correct (the RIC recently changed from "BRGD.OL"). However in the latest bulk quotes file OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20200705_132936.ntriples.gz the RIC has the old value:

I downloaded the quote updates from the RSS feed, and there are no updates for this permid, so nothing showing that the RIC changed. Is the RSS feed incomplete? When I downloaded from the RSS feed there were 416 entries with update times from 2020-07-06T15:15:58Z to 2020-07-08T06:19:03Z. It looks like there is a gap between the time of the bulk file (20200705_132936) and the oldest entry

Did you have an outage resulting in missing entries in the RSS feed?

I have checked the latest file OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20201101_044347.ntriples.

The RIC of 1-21513114826 is BORD.OL.

Yes, you are correct.

The OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20200705_132936.ntriples file contains BRGD.OL for 1-21513114826:

The website 1-21513114826 shows BORD.OL.

However, the quote atom feed doesn't have this change.
