GetExchangeTypes in .NET wrapper dll

Does anyone know where I would find the code wrapper for the "GetExchangeTypes" API call in the .NET SDK?

If the question is on how to find Exchange Type information, please see this previous discussion thread.

The retrieval code itself is not exposed to the implementing code, it's part of the library.

The example of usage, both for OnDemand and via ReportTemplate can be found in Downloads - > REST API Example Application.
