Eikon api offline Backend error. 400 Bad Request

Hi on various Eikon Get Data requests that normally work fine I get today 400 Bad requests errror.

Is the api down?

    Does error 400 continue to manifest for you?

    I have run a couple of test requests, and was not able to reproduce the issue on my side at this time.

    If you continue seeing the error, as a sanity check, I would

    • first restart your Python environment, making sure any other python processes are not running anymore
    • and if this does not help, next I would also shutdown Eikon/Refinitiv Workspace desktop, clear Eikon cache (from ThomsonReuters menu) and then restart the desktop and retest.
