    You can download this data as Excel spreadsheet by clicking Excel icon in the bottom right corner of the window in the screenshot you shared. Or you can use the Download Manager spreadsheet available from the Templates library in Eikon Excel (click on the Templates button under Refinitiv Eikon tab in Excel ribbon and type in "Download Manager" in the search box in the Excel Template Library window). But if you're asking how you can retrieve this data programmatically, I'm afraid this data is not currently available through any Eikon APIs. The only Refinitiv product that currently offers programmatic access to this dataset is Refinitiv Point Connect.
