Calling Eikon Python API without problem while using 4.0.51 Eikon desktop. After I installed Eikon 4.0.54, I got this error: eikonError.png

    I can see that you have opened case 10099099 with Refinitiv Helpdesk for this issue. I have provided instructions to the Helpdesk for a config change they need to implement for your Eikon account. Refinitiv Support will inform you once this is done.
