We are trying to map the service alerts "https://insightalerting.refinitiv.com/a/alerts/servicealerts" to dacs usage. What's the best way to do this?

I'm not sure I understand what you're looking to achieve or what exactly you mean by mapping service alerts to DACS usage. But whatever you mean by this, service alerts are written manually by humans and are intended for consumption by humans rather than for any kind of automated consumption. I don't believe there's any good way of mapping service alerts to anything.
