I cannot retrieve the data from eikon API using python, even though the same coding works well on my teammate's laptop and VPN has been changed many times.

Could you follow the instruction in this article Eikon Data API(Python) Troubleshooting | Refinitiv. Then put the error log here (don't forget to remove the credential - app key before posting) so we can check and suggest the proper fix.
