Fund NAV data on Workspace has intermittent spikes, Is the Data wrong ?

The NAV Chart of the fund with Lipper Code LP63511123 shows the data for 10 years but in yester years the NAV jumps in 1000s after ever few days.

Same data is reported on Eikon API as well. Is there a filter that has to be applied because the Data seems to be wrong.

Do not know whom to tag, hence posting the question in community forum.

@bhavin153 , I checked the different data source from "Lipper systems" for this fund, and I do not see anywhere the NAV were down to 13. I already showed the data from Eikon API, and I also checked the desktop (Lipper IM, see screen below) and the newer RDP Funds API (see data in JSON below). So it should not be the data source issue. Assuming the code you used is fine, it can be the chart component issue or the system used by Code Creator got issues. But in this case you should raise to customer support, not here. I believe if you show the code you used, someone here familiar with that may able to help.

In short, this forum may help coding questions if you show the code. If it is about data or product level issues, you need to raise to the customer support to create a case to resolve it.

@bhavin153 , Can you show the code you used to check the Eikon API? I use the CODEBK to check and do not find the missing NAV data for this fund. Using the CHT app, I can see the same as you, and enlarge the chart, I can see it seems missing all prices say in early Jan. 2018 for example. But using the Eikon API, I can see all the NAV daily price are there for early Jan. 2018. (See the screenshot below)

Also, using other apps and Lipper applications, I do not see any missing prices. So it will helpful if you the code that results in the missing NAV. If it is only happens to the CHT app, please raise to client support team for that app.

b.lee Thanks for your reply. I used the code from Code Creator. It is returning all the required data but the price fluctuation is unusual. For few days it is 13 then it jumps to 1300 then for next 5 days it comes down to 13. This is the problem.
