Hi, I'm using Refinitiv through a Metastock Xenith license.

I use a lot the Excel plugin to download historical data. I'm trying to use Python on my computer but I don't know how to check the API connection. I read several comments and questions in the developer community but still is not working. I still cannot download data with Python on the same computer where I have Refinitiv Eikon installed. Also, Refinitiv is running properly at the moment of working with Python.

Could you, please help me so I can download data directly from Python on my PC?
