API Authentication not working

Not able to authenticate using following user name and provided UserName+Password

    Hello @manoj,

    The information being submitted does not look to be the valid credentials for DSS access. DSS requires a separate DSS user ID, that is not an email address, that can be used to authenticate with DSS GUI interface and with DSS REST API.

    Please get in touch with your Refinitiv account team, to verify you should be permissioned to access DSS and what your DSS credential is.
