404 Error with APIPROXY

Hi,

I was following along this: https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/article-catalog/article/eikon-data-api-python-troubleshooting-refinitiv

step 7 that doesn’t work (http://localhost:9060/api/status says it can’t be reached). I don't see the "APIPROXY" portion in the log file. I do see the "SIDEBYSIDE" starting and I can go to http://localhost:9000/ping?all..

I tried installing some of the packages I found in other answers on this forum but those didn't work either.

When I try and run the following code:

import eikon as ek

ek.set_app_key('fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxc')

ek.get_news_headlines('R:LHAG.DE', date_from='2019-03-06T09:00:00', date_to='2019-03-06T18:00:00')

I get:

    Hi @ben02 ,

    As checked, your account subscription type is Eikon - Exchange Pricing, which does not have an access to the Eikon Data API.

    Please contact your account manager to adjust your subscription in case you'd like to use the API.
