Having trouble using the Eikon API. I ran a system test and the results show errors. I would like ot upload the results so please open a file transfer. I need help from Engineering ASAP. specifically the item "Data Retrieval" failed file:///C:/Users/U6085181/Downloads/Eikon_CC-NY-RT01_20220418_102721.TestResult.xml

    Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, I cannot get what the error is from the log I've got, could you please clarify more on which API you have been using and the screenshot of the error which is an output from API running if it's available so I could investigate it further
