    • does this happen every time?
    • was the script working previously or is it a new or modified script
    • A code snippet which demonstrates what code is being executed when the above errors occur
    • Are you using the Eikon library or the RDP / RD Libraries? Version number of the library?
    • and any other information you feel will help the diagnosis
