Eikon Core product does not include Eikon Data API use, please see this previous discussion thread.

If you require or are considering Eikon Data API use, I would suggest contacting your Refinitiv account manager, who can help to best address your organization's requirements.

We would always suggest updating to the latest version of our APIs and complimentary applications (such as Eikon). However, certain old version of the Eikon API (currently the latest version is eikon 1.1.15) may require complimentarily older Eikon Desktop Applications to be installed. Matter of fact, depending on your use-case, I would advise starting using Refinitiv Workspace along with the Refinitiv Data Library for Python, as it allows for access to more data-points and functionalities, in addition to being the library we will focus on updating in priority in the future.

I'm sorry, I misstated the question. I meant what product: core, premium, etc.
