Hyperlink to case by id

Hello,

We are creating a new case using the API. We would like to display a hyperlink for the compliance admin that redirects him from our system to WC1 portal and directly to the newly created case.

Is there a case hyperlink format that we can follow?

Kindly note that the hyperlink offered is still https://worldcheck.refinitiv.com/

You can then implement, if suitable a business logic reference which re-directs the user to the case. Please take note that the user may still need to enter their credentials before accessing the World-Check One Web UI.

I want the user on my website when he click link for example : https://worldcheck.refinitiv.com/#accelus/fsp/%7B%22location%22%3A%22%3Flocale%3Den-US%23fsp%2Fcase%2F{ {CASE_ID}}%2Fview%2Fworldcheck%22%7D

He will be redirected to the case directly (if he is not logged in he will enter his email and password and directed to the link)

can you provide me with the right step or link format to generate .

Thank you for reaching out.

1. You can use a deep link that can take you directly to the case or the match where you can download the PDF report too. You will have to use a username and password to login to WC1 User Interface. Please see link below:
   1. a. https://worldcheck.refinitiv.com/#fsp/case/{InternalcaseId}/view/worldcheck

You can use the above link to go directly to the case. Please replace {internal case Id} with the case system Id of the case to go to the case.

1. b. https://worldcheck.refinitiv.com/#fsp/case/{Internalcase Id}/view/match/worldcheck/view/{Match Id}/

Using the above link you can go directly to the match of the case. Please replace {internal case Id} with the case system Id of the case and {match Id} with the identifier of the result to go to the match.
