Workspace DATA API PROXY STATUS IS Unavailable

In my refinitiv workspace, DATA API Proxy Status is Unavailable(cap1.PNG). I have contacted to workspace backend team and they set APIPROXY.ENABLED=TRUE,etc(cap2.PNG) last week, but my API proxy status is unavailable ...

Previously, I have checked logs and did some pings , etc but it does not work.

In order to change to available, I am glad if you tell me where I should check.

    I checked my Workspace and got this one.

    You may need to contact the Refinitiv Workspace support team directly to verify how to enable the Data API Proxy feature.
