Hello, good morning. We have an external aplication integrated with WCO (by host "api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com", and apiKey, secretKey, groupId and actionedByUserId). From some days we're receiving error code 401 in the PILOT environment. we didn'g change any change in our code integration with WCO, so want to ask if the pilot credentials have expiration date, or so on. Is there anybody who can check our pilot credentials and confirm if they are active or not? Thanks a lot!

This issue has been addressed via email communication; it is that client is using invalid API credentials which is throwing them the 401-error response.

Un-fortunately we are unable to locate your pilot account, can you please let us know the name of your pilot account so that we'll be able to verify the details.

Moreover, If the request has failed with 401. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as:

1. An invalid or expired API key,
2. An invalid HMAC signature.
3. Request timing issue/problem with the Date header value. The API client should ensure a correctly synchronized clock is used to generate request timestamps.
4. Incorrect JSON payload formation at the customer’s end that can cause them to observe 401 responses.
