Trouble with RTO version 2 authentication migration

Hi, I am following this guide for authentication migration. https://developers.lseg.com/en/article-catalog/article/ema-c-api-real-time-optimized-version-2-authentication-migration-guide

In step 4, it requires to call a method that I don't currently see in the code base.

This step is required if you would like to change the URL of the token service V2 url.
