What is Quickview?

I hear the term in SAP/billing setup discussions. What is it? What does it do? Is there a place I can find documentation about it?

Quickview is a cost recovery tool for our customers. Usage from online applications such as Westlaw Next and Westlaw is avaiable in Quickview. Customers use their matter numbers (Client ID) linked to the usage to charge back their costs associated with researching using WL and WN.

My understanding is that it is a way for end users to view an estimate of their bill. I haven't worked with it directly but heard it mentioned in our delivery migrations. The servers it runs on are supported by the DCO APPLICATION-SUPPORT team (outside of Legal). [
