Does Static Content for Research Space need server specific configuration ?

We just found an environment specific issue where by downloading documents from folders on QC2 or QC3 does not contain icons or logos. This works fine on QC and Client. Is there a configuration per server for serving static images for the offload delivery to work properly ?

you need to look in the file deliveryImageConfiguration.properties this is what sends the images to the offload delivery engines.
