who works on the Apache Cobalt Module?

I have a problem that I think requires modification to the ApacheInterceptor, but I have no idea who works on it to get some sense if my potential solution might be viable or not. Anyone know who I should talk to? I've written up details on the problem and potential solution here:

    As of July 2013, when my team needed to find a contact for the Apache Interceptor module, we were directed to Jim Fees and Shyem Khan.
