In Eikon desktop, we are using
http://memprofiler.com In Cobalt, we have used ANTS Profiler.

In AAA-Admin, we uses ANTS Profiler too but the version is out of date. ANTS Profiler is able to capture applications on the server (not only dev machine) For some people, who have a MSDN premium version license, can use Performance Profiler instead.
