I cannot screen a name or retrieve a profile

I have received my API Key and Secret key, but I cannot screen a name or retrieve a profile. I get an Error 401 Unauthorized.

But strangely enough, if I try to get an ISO Country list and Group details it is working as expected.

Thank You for posting your query!

I see that you're able to fetch the group details and ISO country and unable to screen and retrieve profiles, The possible reason for this can be that your credentials haven't yet been synced on the cloud platform, this process occurs daily at 0600AM UK Time!

May I know when did you receive your API key & Secret?
