eikon rics suddenly not available

hello,

I have a script that retrieves certain RIC's for the eikon data python api,

I ran the script 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly.

however now i get a permission error. 

EikonError: Error code Error | #RIC_NAME: The user does not have permission for the requested data

why would my permissions suddenly change ?

where can I enable permissions for these RIC's ?

    @trifon.natsis it looks like an admin issue, so I suggest you raise this with the Refinitiv through Help > Contact Us.

    It is also quite difficult to say what the root cause is without the actual rics. Usually before deleting a ric from the system all access rights to it are removed, or, if it is an exchange traded instrument or is quoted by a broker, it may be moved to a different permission entity by the source request. In such cases, a data notification (DN) is raised and is distributed to the subscribers.
