Question About Alerts Date Restriction Strings w/ Two Dates per Collection Set

I've seen date restriction strings on alerts before that have included one date per collection set listed (a prism-clipdate), but I've never worked before with date restrictions where more than one date is listed per collection set. Example Date Restriction:

Can someone provide guidance on how this works? I'm looking for a high level understanding.

Hi Joseph, I'm a Novus Consultant (NC), and this collection is enabled for a Novus feature called ADR (Alert Document Restriction) in addition to being enabled for prism clipdate. Thus, there are two dates. Also, this particular collection (Fed Pre-Dockets) is an EHA Collection Family, which is yet another feature of Novus that has several Quick collections for loading, and one central Main collection for keeping all the documents long term. That is why you see multiple collections listed, each with two dates. If you have further questions on this collection, you can contact Jason Flynn, the NC for Dockets. Alternatively, you can contact Alerts people that have been associated with the Courtwire project - they have awareness of all this.
